Driving operational planning and cross-functional coordination, the full-time remote Program Manager, Fiber Design & Construction (FDC) - Build Execution will manage the execution of fiber deployment programs while ensuring alignment across engineering, permitting, and construction teams. Key responsibilities
Translate build strategy into weekly work plans, prioritizing actions and deliverables Track milestones and surface risks across numerous projects to maintain visibility into the build funnel Support the development of the MDU program and standardize build approaches for consistency across markets
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field Five to seven years of telecom experience, including fiber planning, engineering, permitting, or construction Strong understanding of the fiber build lifecycle and network readiness Experience managing operational backlogs and creating structured execution paths Proficient with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and program tracking tools
