Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field Five to seven years of telecom experience, including fiber planning, engineering, permitting, or construction Strong understanding of the fiber build lifecycle and network readiness Experience managing operational backlogs and creating structured execution paths Proficient with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and program tracking tools
