Business Analyst
to join a major IT and business transformation portfolio, supporting the delivery of multiple concurrent projects within a complex stakeholder environment.
Clearance Eligibility criteria: Sole UK National Lived in the UK for 5 years + ITAR Rules
The Job: Elicit, analyse, document and gain approval for business, functional and non-functional requirements. Lead workshops with stakeholders at all levels to capture requirements and business processes. Define and document current and future state ("as-is" and "to-be") processes. Support Project Managers with stakeholder identification, scope definition and business justification. Act as the voice of the customer, supporting development teams, suppliers and test teams. Ensure traceability between requirements, designs and delivered solutions. Support business change activities including communications, training and adoption planning.
