Overview BAE Systems are currently recruiting for an experienced
Business Analyst
to join a major IT and business transformation portfolio, supporting the delivery of multiple concurrent projects within a complex stakeholder environment.
Clearance Eligibility criteria: Sole UK National Lived in the UK for 5 years + ITAR Rules
The Job: Elicit, analyse, document and gain approval for business, functional and non-functional requirements. Lead workshops with stakeholders at all levels to capture requirements and business processes. Define and document current and future state ("as-is" and "to-be") processes. Support Project Managers with stakeholder identification, scope definition and business justification. Act as the voice of the customer, supporting development teams, suppliers and test teams.
