You will build Power BI datasets, automated reporting pipelines, and enterprise dashboards. Key responsibilities include working with multiple platforms, analyzing contact center metrics, and translating complex data into actionable insights. A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required, along with relevant experience in contact center analytics.
