About

WM is seeking an experienced Workforce Management reporting and analytics professional to enhance our Customer Experience organization. You will build Power BI datasets, automated reporting pipelines, and enterprise dashboards. Key responsibilities include working with multiple platforms, analyzing contact center metrics, and translating complex data into actionable insights. A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required, along with relevant experience in contact center analytics.
