Required qualifications
Proficient in technologies such as Windows Server, Office 365, and various NOC tools One or more certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Security+ preferred Experience with MSP applications like ConnectWise, N-Able, and IT Glue is desirable Ability to perform automation and scripting tasks Working knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions
