About

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the NOC Engineer will provide tier I technical support, manage system alerts, and maintain NOC tools while following a rotating overnight shift schedule. Key responsibilities
Provide excellent client support via telephone and email, addressing inquiries with urgency Monitor and respond to system alerts, performing root cause analysis and documenting processes Maintain administrative competencies of NOC tools, including backup, disaster recovery, and security solutions
Required qualifications
Proficient in technologies such as Windows Server, Office 365, and various NOC tools One or more certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Security+ preferred Experience with MSP applications like ConnectWise, N-Able, and IT Glue is desirable Ability to perform automation and scripting tasks Working knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions
