Maintain schedule flexibility and punctuality while managing multiple priorities efficiently under pressure. Perform radiologic procedures in compliance with departmental policies and regulatory guidelines, accurately interpreting physician orders and maintaining thorough records. Education Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program is required. Experience At least six months of experience as a registered radiographer is preferred but not mandatory. Certifications and Licenses
Current registration as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or registry-eligible candidates who will attempt and pass the registry within 90 days of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
Mental and Physical Requirements Close mental and visual attention for extended periods is necessary. The role involves standing, walking, sitting, lifting up to 35 lbs., and other physical activities. Ability to work under stressful conditions and transport oneself throughout the department is essential. Working Conditions Potential exposure to infectious diseases, chemicals, anesthetics, and controlled radiation. The position may require on-call duties and varied shifts to ensure continuous patient care.
