Projects typically range from £10m to £12m, with larger schemes reaching £30m. The role is hybrid from day one with a balanced mix of office, site and home working. The position involves managing design information across two to three live schemes, coordinating drawings and specifications, supporting project teams and ensuring information is issued accurately and in line with programme requirements.
