The Company Opportunity for a Design Manager to join a respected regional main contractor in Northampton with a turnover of around £100m delivering a strong pipeline of care home and multi room schemes across the Midlands and wider UK.
Projects typically range from £10m to £12m, with larger schemes reaching £30m. The role is hybrid from day one with a balanced mix of office, site and home working.
