Overview The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales goals in a specific geographic territory. Other key responsibilities include: identifying and targeting new customers, implementing vertical market strategies, engaging in community business events, and selling NFI's portfolio of supply chain solutions.
Responsibilities
Generate new account business
Sell to senior supply chain executives
Develop and close sales leads
Develop and deliver customer presentations
Retain and grow existing customer base
Negotiate contract terms, contract structure and product lines
Develop proposals and build customer solutions
Partner and collaborate with Operations and Engineering groups
Manage key administrative tasks
Qualifications
BA or BS degree required
5 or more years of successful sales experience with a proven winning track record for developing new business and expanding business base
Proficient in relationship building throughout clients to include C-level executives
Strong analytical skills – ability to assess, design and sell a given solution
Previous temperature-controlled Supply Chain, Warehouse or Transportation industry knowledge required
Ability to market and sell complex integrated supply chain solutions
Ability to communicate and negotiate with corporate level staff
Strong general business acumen and maturity
80% travel
We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $70,000-93,0000. This position is also eligible for a commission incentive. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
