Possess at least 18 months of recent permanent experience in a surgical setting. Hold a valid Ohio license (compact licenses accepted for 2023 starts onward). Be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) with active certification. Have a high school diploma or GED. Provide two recent references from supervisors within the past 12 months.
