Prepare surgical instruments and supplies according to established protocols. Maintain sterilization and cleanliness of surgical tools and equipment. Assist surgical team with equipment setup and breakdown during procedures. Monitor and document instrument tracking and infection control practices. Support compliance with safety guidelines and hospital policies. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a smooth surgical workflow. Qualifications:
Possess at least 18 months of recent permanent experience in a surgical setting. Hold a valid Ohio license (compact licenses accepted for 2023 starts onward). Be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) with active certification. Have a high school diploma or GED. Provide two recent references from supervisors within the past 12 months. Complete required assessments (ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate) with acceptable scores. Benefits & Growth:
