To support a growing client base, the full-time Sales Solution Specialist will engage in high-volume, phone-driven sales activities, managing inbound payroll referrals and presenting tailored solutions to business owners while meeting production goals. Key responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and prepare client proposals Conduct discovery conversations to assess payroll and HR needs and present solutions Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and collaborate with internal teams to support client growth
Required qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent experience with a minimum of 6 months in B2B sales, preferably in payroll Prior experience in payroll sales, HCM sales, or related B2B SaaS sales Strong persuasion and closing skills in fast-moving sales cycles Ability to manage multiple opportunities and explain pricing clearly to business owners College degree preferred but relevant sales experience is prioritized
