Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Texas National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or similar credentials Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the commitment to acquire within 90 days) Distinguishing Qualities
