Physical Therapist Assistant

If so, then All Star Physical Therapy in Rancho Mirage, CA is looking for a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our close-knit, outpatient orthopedic team. We pride ourselves on our family-like culture and loyal patient following, and we're seeking someone who shares our strong work ethic and passion for excellent care. In this role, you'll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to streamline patient treatment and outcomes, while also guiding and overseeing our dedicated PT Aides. You will be thrilled with our new AI documentation software. It literally cuts your documentation time by 90%, giving you more time to treat your patients. All of our PTA's receive daily productivity bonuses which often add up to around $1200/month of extra income. Compensation: $35 - $45/hour + inclusive of productivity incentives, up to a $2500 sign on bonus. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
