What this job involves As a Program Manager at JLL, you will be responsible for leading complex, enterprise-wide program initiatives that span regions and service lines, with accountability for strategic outcomes and business value realization. In this role, you’ll shape how we deliver exceptional real estate services to our clients worldwide by orchestrating multi-faceted initiatives from conception through execution. Serving as the central hub connecting stakeholders, you will seamlessly align diverse teams, manage timelines and resources, and drive the integrated solutions that maintain our commitment to excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
Strategic Initiative Delivery: Support the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact initiatives, from initial business case development and conceptualization through to operational delivery and performance monitoring. Ensuring contracted delivery and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met.
Program Planning & Governance: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Leverage standardized project management methodologies to ensure consistency across the account.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate seamless collaboration between regional directors, internal platform teams, and client representatives to ensure integrated service delivery and prevent siloed operations. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on program strategy.
Operational Excellence & Process Optimization: Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to enhance account productivity and accelerate the delivery of critical operational improvements.
Reporting & Data-Driven Insights: Oversee the reporting of key data points, providing senior leadership with executive-level updates and actionable insights.
Risk Mitigation & Quality Control: Proactively identify potential project risks and dependencies. Implement robust mitigation strategies and perform regular quality checks to ensure initiatives remain on track and meet high standards.
Change Management & Innovation: Support change impact analysis and communication strategies to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes. Drive the integration of innovative tools to increase client value.
What your day-to-day will look like
Lead end-to-end program planning and delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams ensuring strategic alignment.
Build and maintain collaboration between internal teams and client stakeholders.
Oversee program progress and implement proactive risk mitigation.
Prepare and present executive-level reports to senior leadership.
Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent delivery standards across different markets.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 7-10 years of transformation program management experience, with demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale initiatives.
Skillset: Proficiency in project management software and data visualization tools; Strong strategic thinking and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment; Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to executive audiences; Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizational structures establishing program management frameworks, standards and best practices; Proven track record influencing senior leadership decisions and driving organizational change.
Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to manage an active portfolio of initiatives focused on service delivery optimization and large-scale account strategy.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with project management and data visualization tools (such as Smartsheet and Looker Studio) to track performance and report on key data points. Advanced proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credentials
Deep industry expertise in commercial real estate or facilities management with demonstrated thought leadership
Experience leading transformation initiatives that resulted in measurable business value and operational improvement
Experience with enterprise software implementations, digital transformation, or technology rollouts
Background in change management and organizational development initiatives
Demonstrated success managing global or multi-regional programs
Familiarity with real estate technology platforms and industry-specific software solutions

Estimated compensation for this position 145,300.00 - 191,080.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
