The Fast Track

Months 0-6: Learn, execute, and prove you can close

After 6 months:

• CSIA Certified (required)
• Running your own jobs
• Full commission structure unlocked
• 6-figure income path activated

What You'll Be Doing

• Ride along with top Sales Leads and learn in-home sales + inspections
• Assist with estimates, job scopes, and customer education
• Learn how to diagnose problems and present solutions that close
• Support production teams and understand the full job lifecycle
• Prepare trucks, tools, and materials daily
• Execute with precision, professionalism, and urgency

Performance Expectations

• Complete structured training program in 6 months

• Complete monthly training (minimum 4 hours)

• Demonstrate full job proficiency and sales capability

Pay & Growth

• $18-$23/hour starting pay
• Transition to performance-based earnings as a Lead

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED
• Willingness to work in the field (homes, roofs, all weather)
• Ability to travel to job sites regularly (50-70%)
