Required qualifications:
Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience) Understanding of deep submicron process issues and digital circuit design techniques Experience with analog and mixed-signal block design (e.g., op-amps, ADCs) Hands-on experience with Spice simulations and static timing analysis Familiarity with scripting languages such as Perl or Tcl
