Leading a team of mobile engineers, the full-time salaried Mobile Engineering Manager will oversee the development of high-quality consumer mobile applications while collaborating closely with Product and Design teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a team focused on building consumer-facing iOS and Android applications Drive execution across the mobile roadmap, balancing speed, quality, scalability, and maintainability Establish strong engineering practices around testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and operational excellence
Required qualifications
8+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience with mobile applications 2+ years of engineering management experience Experience with iOS development, including Swift and SwiftUI Strong understanding of Kotlin Multiplatform Familiarity with scalable architectures and API-driven applications
