Providing support for various projects and initiatives, the full-time IT Data Analyst will analyze current processes, collaborate with department leaders on improvements, and manage KPI reporting in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities
Analyze current workflows and provide recommendations for process improvements Collaborate with department leaders on reporting opportunities and execute special projects Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reporting in partnership with department managers
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required 2-3 years of experience as a business, systems, or data quality analyst Prior experience with SQL (specifically, SQL Server) and report writing Expertise with MS Office and VBA, especially Access preferred General familiarity with project management methodologies, particularly waterfall
