• What are the top 3 must-haves you will be looking for in the resumes/interviews for this role? What type of software skills is an absolute must have? 1. Familiarity with the end-to-end False-Hit Mitigation Rule life cycle: writing, tuning, testing, and implementation 2. Familiarity with FircoSoft Utilities Suite 3. Knowledge of financial transaction types that include but not limited to: SWIFT MT and MX, FED Wires, CHIPS etc. • What are the top 3 “nice to have” that would separate a successful candidate from their competition? 1. Ability to analyze, scope, and document feasibility of false-hit mitigation rules 2. End-to-end implementations for sanctions screening systems including activities such as Scoping, requirements gathering and testing 3. Understanding of rule suitability • What are the working hours, time zone? What are the schedule requirements (remote, hybrid)? We are looking for 9am – 5PM EST irrespective of location. Boston is preferred however we are open for remote since the skill is niche. Required Skills: Business Analysis Additional Skills: Business Analyst This is a high PRIORITY requisition.
