C&K Industrial Services is seeking a hands-on Industrial Services Crew Manager to lead industrial cleaning crews and oversee field operations throughout the Toledo area.
This is a working leadership role responsible for safety, workforce management, customer satisfaction, and operational execution in industrial environments. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time in the field supporting crews, coordinating work, and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.
This is a salaried position ($65,000–$75,000) reporting directly to the General Manager. This position is based in Toledo, Ohio, and local candidates are strongly preferred.

You will be the accountable on-site leader responsible for safety, workforce management, operational execution, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong presence in the field and the willingness to work alongside crews when needed.

Hydroblasting / water blasting
Vacuum truck services

Please note: This position is focused on industrial cleaning and industrial services operations. Candidates whose experience is primarily commercial, residential, or general construction project management may not be a strong fit for this role.
What You'll Do
Leadership & Crew Management
Lead and supervise field crews on active work sites
Address employee concerns professionally while enforcing company standards and expectations
Communicate accurate and consistent information
Ensure employees are properly trained on job tasks, safety requirements, and company procedures
Lead workforce management activities including hiring, coaching, performance management, discipline, and termination in partnership with leadership and Human Resources
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and safe work practices
Safety & Compliance
Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety standards without exception
Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and job-site observations
Ensure employees follow all safety procedures and required work practices
Identify and address unsafe conditions and behaviors immediately
Operations & Logistics
Manage labor, equipment, materials, and daily field operations
Coordinate schedules and resources to ensure efficient project execution
Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within scope
Respond to emergency service needs when required
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate daily reports, project records, and safety documentation
Track crew performance, project progress, and operational issues
Provide regular updates to the General Manager regarding project status, staffing, customer concerns, and safety performance
What You Need
Required
Experience supervising field crews in industrial cleaning, industrial services, environmental services, industrial maintenance, manufacturing, utilities, or similar industrial operations
Previous leadership experience with responsibility for safety, productivity, employee accountability, and customer satisfaction
Strong understanding of OSHA requirements and safety-focused work environments
Ability to coach employees, address performance issues directly, and enforce company standards consistently
Strong written communication and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field environment
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Preferred
Experience with hydroblasting, water blasting, vacuum truck operations, environmental remediation, or industrial cleaning services
Experience working in manufacturing facilities, power plants, refineries, chemical plants, or other industrial environments
Experience managing union employees
Experience supporting plant shutdowns, turnarounds, outages, or emergency response projects
