An award winning and highly commended architectural studio in Dublin city is expanding and seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Project Architect to the team. With an ever-expanding project portfolio across all project types, the successful RIAI / RIBA Architect will have the opportunity to take the lead on medium / largescale commercial and residential developments. This a senior level opportunity for a Senior Project Architect to progress and in addition to leading a design team, the remit of this role will also include design development, contract administration, chairing site meetings and liaising with all stakeholders ensuring all project timescales are met. The ideal candidate must be an RIAI or RIBA Registered Architect with at least 10 years experience, have proven success delivering medium and largescale developments in Ireland, proficiency in Revit is desired, along with full understanding and experience working in accordance to industry regulations. **Excellent salary package on offer** Desired Skills & Experience: Professionally Registered - RIAI or RIBA 10 years+ post professional registration is desired Previous experience across medium to large scale developments Proven success delivering projects to agreed milestones Good working knowledge and experience adhering to current building and planning legislation Strong site experience Stakeholder management experience Proficiency in Revit Strong project management experience Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland Salary & Benefits include: €75k - €80k doe Annual bonus scheme Hybrid working Pension Income protection, Life Assurance Generous holiday allowance Offer bike to work scheme and many more If you are an experienced Architect, Senior Architect, Project Architect interested in this position or looking for a new opportunity, please email your CV and to Deborah Byrne for further details.
