The Position:
We are looking for a Branch Manager to join the team!
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required
3 years of management and customer service experience
Healthcare experience a plus
Overview:
The Branch Manager, under the direct supervision of the Field Operations Director, will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the assigned office(s) and warehouse location(s).
Below are additional key functions and skills for this opportunity:
Oversight and support of operations for designated office
Drive team performance through organization and planning
Ensure that office is operating at the highest possible standards by following all processes and procedures
Oversee the management of inventory levels
Lend support to local personnel for compliance of office operations
Assist with interviewing and training
Manage overall performance of all direct reports
