to help coordinate the production, organization, and deployment of educational and marketing content across our digital platforms. This role focuses on maintaining the operational flow of content systems and ensuring that projects move smoothly from planning through publication. The role also involves helping ensure that communications, collaborations, and speaking engagements have the information and coordination needed to move from opportunity to completion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, organizing systems, anticipating needs, and helping complex projects move smoothly to completion. Responsibilities • Organize and track production of educational and marketing content across multiple digital platforms • Maintain structured timelines and task tracking systems to ensure projects move forward on schedule • Coordinate contributors and provide friendly follow-up to keep deliverables on track • Implement and deploy pre-created content across email campaigns, webpages, and course platforms • Ensure content placement, formatting, and links are accurate when content is published or updated • Help coordinate information and logistics related to communications, collaborations, and speaking engagements • Maintain clear systems that allow projects and communications to move smoothly from idea to completion Schedule Approximately
