Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates cannot live in the following states: Arizona.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: TrioWFS Program - Banner Health and no current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Banner Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Cath scrub skills required

Required Credentials: Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI

Special Requests: No travel pairs or trios. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date, or no more than one week later No RTO during the first week of assignment

Shift & Scheduling: Weeknights and weekend call required.

Floating Requirements: Must be willing to float to similar units or sister sites, if any

7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days

2 references required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required for submission
