We’re now hiring a Client Solutions Manager to manage client success and drive strategy. In this role, you’ll work across industries, scale businesses with marketing tools, and ensure our team thrives—because our clients’ success drives our own.
Summary We're looking for a Client Solutions Manager to partner with clients, understand their marketing goals, and develop strategies across email, push, and SMS channels. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while driving measurable growth for our clients.
This is a fully remote position based in New York, Charleston, or the San Francisco Bay Area offering flexibility and the chance to collaborate with a global team. While remote work is core to our culture, we also have offices and team members in each of these cities.
Responsibilities
Partner with clients to understand their business and lifecycle objectives and develop marketing strategies across email, push, and SMS channels.
Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, to analyze data and optimize campaign performance.
Lead client communications, ensuring alignment on goals, deliverables, and expectations.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail and strategic prioritization.
Leverage problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities and tailor solutions to client needs.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in marketing, client-facing, or strategy roles.
Hands‑on experience with email marketing, push, or SMS campaigns.
Excellent organization and project management skills in fast‑paced environments.
Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS and flexibility to work with various ESPs, CRMs, and CDPs.
Experience with analytics, reporting, or BI tools is a plus.
Comfortable using project management tools (we use Notion).
Bonus:
Experience with ESPs like Simon Data, Klaviyo, Braze, Customer.io, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
Compensation and benefits
Salary range: $70k – $80k
