Job Description

We are looking for an EAM Administrator (Trapeze & Infor EAM) to manage, configure, and optimize enterprise asset management systems to support asset lifecycle management, preventive maintenance programs, and operational efficiency. This position will be a full-time, contract role, and is hybrid in Chicago, IL.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer, configure, and maintain EAM systems including Trapeze MMIS and Infor EAM, managing user access, security roles, and permissions
  • Manage system upgrades, patches, and releases in coordination with vendors and IT teams
  • Configure and maintain asset hierarchies, work order workflows, preventive maintenance schedules, and inventory modules
  • Develop and maintain integrations between EAM systems, Oracle ERP, custom applications, and other enterprise platforms
  • Oversee data governance to ensure integrity, accuracy, and consistency of asset records
  • Perform data imports, migrations, and data cleansing activities
  • Develop and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and classification structures
  • Generate and validate reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics for operational and management reporting
  • Troubleshoot and support Max-Queue server configuration and related issues
  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for EAM-related issues, troubleshooting both functional and technical problems
  • Develop and deliver end-user training, documentation, and standard operating procedures
  • Manage helpdesk queues and respond to EAM-related incidents and service requests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
  • Support capital projects and new asset onboarding efforts
  • Lead or support EAM system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Conduct system audits, health checks, and performance assessments
  • Ensure the EAM system supports compliance with regulatory standards such as ISO, OSHA, and EPA requirements
  • Maintain documentation including system configurations, integrations, and change logs
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate asset and maintenance records

What You’ll Need

Required:

  • Experience administering and supporting enterprise asset management systems such as Trapeze MMIS and Infor EAM
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and preventive maintenance processes
  • Experience with system configuration, integrations, and enterprise application support
  • Experience with data management including migration, cleansing, and governance
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex system and application issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into system solutions
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred:

  • Experience integrating EAM systems with Oracle ERP or other enterprise platforms
  • Familiarity with Max-Queue server configuration and troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting compliance frameworks such as ISO 55000, OSHA, or EPA standards
  • Experience supporting large-scale asset management or infrastructure environments

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$100 - $105 per hour

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
