What you’ll do As a
Customer Support Agent , you’ll be the friendly, problem‑solving partner that helps business clients make the most of the platform.
Your day-to‑day will include:
Supporting B2B clients in
Catalan and English
via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshooting issues and guiding clients with tailoredútbol solutions
Verifying account information and following compliance guidelines
Delivering every interaction with empathy, professionalism, and excellence

Qualifications
Fluency in
Catalan and English
(written and spoken)
Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers
Organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn
Customer support experience is a plus, but not required
