The Title Express Processor assists auto insurance companies with the procurement of vehicle titles and related paperwork, and works with financial institutions and vehicle owners. Responsibilities
Open and scan incoming mail. Answer call queue, provide basic TE questions, claim updates, and direct callers appropriately. Create and send Total Loss Packets with documents required by state guidelines. Make Initial Lien Holder calls to secure payoff information, Letters of Guarantee, and copies of title. Call owners/insureds to notify them of the packet that will be sent. Follow‑up with owners/insureds on needed or corrected documents. Follow‑up with Lien Holders for documents listed in the initial call. Send revised packets to owners/insureds as needed. Maintain internal cycle times and meet auditable criteria. Review mail to ensure documents are compliant with state guidelines. Launch “Okay to Pay” to the insurance company after final review for compliance. Monitor a shared inbox to ensure tasks and directives are addressed and completed per company policy, timelines, and contractual obligations. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of office customer service experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient with basic office equipment and Microsoft products. Ability to identify and analyze vehicle title documents within company and state guidelines. Experience working closely with state DMV and lien holder entities. Problem‑solving skills. Ability to multi‑task and manage a 10‑key proficiency. Works effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service attitude. Basic math skills. Ability to delegate, prioritize workflow and work independently or in a team. Fluent in English (reading and writing). Valid driver’s license. Occasional overtime as needed. Pay $20.26 - $22.84 per hour. Benefits
