What You'll Do
  • Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
  • Assist with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
  • Support residents in participating in activities and social programs to promote engagement and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided in accordance with facility policies.
  • Uphold infection control and safety standards to protect residents and staff.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship, fostering trust and comfort.
What You'll Bring
  • Current CNA certification in Oklahoma.
  • A genuine passion for caring for older adults and individuals with complex health needs.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Reliability, compassion, and patience in all interactions.
  • Ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed.
