RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE BI DEVELOPER
Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable visualizations
Perform ETL processes and optimize data structures for efficient querying
Provide actionable insights to business leaders based on data-driven analyses
Document data models, report specifications, and train users on reporting tools
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE BI DEVELOPER
5+ years of experience in business intelligence development
Proficiency in Tableau and PowerBI for dashboard development
Intermediate programming knowledge and understanding of relational databases
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
Solid understanding of data modeling and ETL processes
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical information to various stakeholders
