Kia of Lincoln is building a brand-new state-of-the-art dealership opening in August 2026, and we're looking for driven, energetic sales professionals to join our founding team. Start with us now in our temporary facility and grow with us into our exciting new home.

Thanks to our partnership with Honda of Lincoln, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell both Kia and Honda vehicles while sharing access to a larger used inventory giving you more ways to help customers and increase your earning potential.

What You'll Do
  • Connect with customers online and in-store to find the perfect vehicle
  • Follow up with leads through calls, texts, emails, and personalized videos
  • Showcase Kia's exciting gas, hybrid, and EV lineup along with shared used inventory
  • Guide customers through the entire buying process with transparency and professionalism
  • Answer questions, provide product knowledge, and build lasting relationships
  • Build your personal brand through social media and help promote the dealership online
  • Work alongside the Honda of Lincoln team to create an outstanding customer experience
What We're Looking For

Automotive sales experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated with a drive to succeed Comfortable with technology and social media Team-oriented mindset Valid driver's license and clean driving record

What You'll Get
