Responsibilities:
- Help lead daily sales department operations
- Train, motivate, and support automotive sales professionals
- Work closely with customers to help ensure a positive buying experience
- Assist with desking deals and deal structure
- Monitor sales performance and team activity
- Collaborate with Finance and dealership leadership teams
- Help drive dealership profitability and customer retention
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused showroom environment
Qualifications:
- Previous Automotive Sales Manager experience required
- Import dealership experience preferred but not required
- Proven leadership and team development abilities
- Strong desking, closing, and negotiation skills
- Track record of achieving sales and profitability goals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver’s license required
