This role is responsible for supporting our membership growth, inclusive of lead follow-up, trial conversion, member experience and some support of day-to-day studio operations. This role is ideal for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced fitness environment, is motivated by goals and believes deeply in the power of health and fitness. The right candidate will be comfortable working independently, executing routine tasks consistently and taking initiative when opportunities arise. This is a part-time role with required evening and weekend availability./ppThe Sales Associate works closely with Studio Ownership and the coaching team to:/pulliDrive membership growth through lead follow-up, trial conversion, referrals and grass roots marketing efforts/liliCreate a welcoming, high-energy experience for prospective and current members/liliSupport daily studio operations, cleanliness and front desk processes/liliRepresent the F45 Training Midtown Phoenix brand with professionalism, positivity and pride/liliExecute recurring tasks independently while identifying opportunities to improve the member and prospect experience/li/ulpThis role is a great fit for someone who wants to grow within a boutique fitness environment and contribute directly to the studios sales, service, and community-building efforts. The ideal candidate is excited about expanding their leadership, responsibility and impact within the studio./ppKey responsibilities include:/pulliConsistently support monthly sales and membership growth goals/liliManage lead follow-up through phone, text, email and in-person conversations/liliConduct engaging consultations with trialers and prospective members/liliHelp prospective members understand F45, our training style, membership options and the value of joining the studio/liliSupport trial member conversion through timely follow-up, relationship-building and membership presentations/liliAssist with referral campaigns, reactivation outreach, local marketing initiatives and community partnerships/liliMaintain organized lead tracking, follow-up tasks and sales pipeline activity within studio systems/liliTake initiative to identify opportunities to increase trial bookings, improve show rates and support membership conversion/li/ulpMember experience and community building:/pulliDeliver exceptional customer service to every prospect, trialer, and member/liliCreate a welcoming and energetic front-of-house experience before, during and after classes/liliBuild strong relationships with members and help foster a positive studio community/liliSupport new member onboarding and engagement to improve retention/liliAssist with member check-ins, account questions, payment questions and customer care follow-ups/liliEnsure every person who walks through our doors feels seen, supported, and valued/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliMust have consistent evening and weekend availability, some flexibility may be required for studio events, community outreach, team meetings, or special promotions/lili1+ year of sales experience preferred; fitness or boutique fitness experience is a plus/liliComfortable with consultative sales, lead follow-up and goal-driven performance/liliStrong customer service skills with a confident, positive and approachable personality/liliHighly organized with strong attention to detail/liliComfortable learning and using studio software and communication tools, including MindBody, Loyalsnap, Google Suite and related platforms/liliAble to work independently, execute routine tasks with minimal oversight and take initiative where appropriate/liliPassionate about health, wellness, fitness, and helping others succeed/liliStrong written and verbal communication skills/liliCPR/AED certified or willing to obtain preferred/li/ulpBenefits:/pulliFree membership at F45 Training Midtown Phoenix/liliCompetitive hourly pay + performance-based commission/bonuses/liliFun, supportive and high-energy team environment/liliOpportunity to grow with a community-focused boutique fitness studio/li/ulpCompensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour/ppWe embody and live our brand.
