ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

We are looking for an Asst Store Manager to help create an Amazing experience for our guests! This person will need to have extraordinary customer service skills, an ability to multi-task, and most importantly - be able to help lead a team and make them better through hands on training, coaching, and encouragement.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to promote the store and improve operating efficiencies. Most days you will work alongside your team on the frontline serving fast drinks, while other times you will be assisting with training, setting schedules, and ordering inventory. Our motto is: Amazing People, Amazing Drinks, Amazingly fast! This requires an Asst Store Manager that can lead by example and instill a good work ethic.

• Assist with hiring, training, and developing employees
• Maintain brand standards

• Assist with weekly inventory orders

• Work a flexible schedule including weekend shifts
• Serve as primary onsite leader while Store Manager is not present
