This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple scheduling priorities efficiently./ph3Your Day-to-Day Work/h3ulliBuild, monitor, and adjust daily and weekly provider schedules./liliAct as the primary point of contact for provider schedule coordination./liliAssign and manage the annual hospital call schedule, ensuring timely updates and distribution./liliProcess provider time-off requests and adjust schedules accordingly./liliCreate provider and non-provider daily patient schedule templates./liliAssign and track all scheduling-related tasks, including hospital, office, and administrative duties./liliCollaborate with managers to schedule physician meetings and coordinate onboarding for new providers./liliMaintain accurate scheduling records in EPIC and Qgenda./li/ulh3Environment and Shift Details/h3pThis is a full-time, fully remote position operating within a standard office environment, typically Monday through Friday. The role requires frequent communication via phone and email, as well as extensive computer-based work. Candidates must have a reliable home workspace and internet connection.
