Craneville Place Rehab and Nursing Center is currently seeking Resident Care Assistants (RCAs) to join our nursing team. Become an RCA in only 2 days, and get paid for all training hours THEN join our CNA Training Program hosted at our sister facility FREE of cost! We are located in the heart of the Berkshires in Dalton, MA. Come join our team!

Job Duties for Resident Care Assistant (RCA):

• Assist our residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Work cooperatively with your team
• Communicate resident changes to the nurse
• Perform personal care for residents
