This is a part time benefit eligible position, Monday Friday 9:00 am - 2:00pm located at our Syracuse office, 2223 S. Salina St. Pay Range is $17-$19/hour.

Day-to-day clerical functions in support of the Property Manager, including, but not limited to, rent collection/accounts receivable, leasing, answering phones, opening mail, filing, supply ordering, and special projects. Monitor quality service, marketing, and resident relations while maintaining the company investment and meeting company goals.
