Flagstaff Bone and Joint Surgical Center is hiring a Medical Assistant. The Medical Assistant supports physicians and clinical staff by providing patient care, preparing patients for examinations and procedures, maintaining accurate medical records, and assisting with clinical and administrative duties. This role helps ensure efficient daily operations while delivering compassionate care to patients throughout their surgical experience.
QualificationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent required
Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred
Current Medical Assistant certification preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a medical office, clinic, or surgical setting preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, and patient care techniques
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Experience with electronic medical records and computer systems preferred
Current BLS certification required
