Responsibilities Generate and convert leads through calls, emails, meetings, and smart follow-up. Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new insurance contracts across auto, life, home, and more. Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored insurance proposals and financial plans that drive satisfaction and repeat business. Leverage modern technology and industry knowledge to stay compliant, informed, and efficient throughout the sales process. Cross-sale with current clientele. will receive a commission on what you have sold.
Requirements Must hold an active Colorado insurance license or be willing to obtain one. Pre-licensing education and support will be provided. Live in the state of Colorado. Hold a valid drivers License. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in using modern technology tools and software to enhance sales performance.
