Netherlands Pricing Analyst

Job Description

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Pricing Analyst. This hybrid position will be located in Amersfoort, The Netherlands.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate its Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone company, DePuy Synthes. The separation is expected to complete within 18‑24 months, subject to legal and regulatory approvals. If you accept this position, you may become an employee of DePuy Synthes after the transaction, governed by its processes, policies, and benefit plans.

Role Overview

Seasoned individual contributor who works independently with minimal supervision. Leads regional initiatives on price calculations, pricing strategies, and market trends; produces reports on consumer health trend data. Defines programs for client relationships and the pricing lifecycle process and analyses pricing proposals for feasibility. Advises on organization standards relative to product performance and ensures customer expectations align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates regular reviews of departmental pricing analysis reports and submits results on time to management for review and subsequent directives.

• Assesses key performance measures and performs ad‑hoc analysis and reporting to measure against pricing goals and targets.

• Assists pricing management through evaluation of current pricing models and resultant customer wins, identifying opportunities to gain additional customer opportunities.

• Analyzes current pricing models and structures to identify areas to improve pricing efficiencies for the customer base.

• Coordinates with relevant sales team and commercial stakeholders to execute and administer timely and accurate price list updates or changes with clear documentation aligned to all compliance and SOX control requirements.

• Provides recommendations on alternate pricing models to management in order to secure key customer business and support business plan development.

• Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.

• Understands and applies Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day‑to‑day interactions with the team.

Compensation

Base pay range: €64,000.00 – €103,040.00. The annual base pay includes an 8% holiday allowance.
