Position: Sales & Revenue Coordinator Full-time · Monday to Friday (8:30 a.m. to 17:00 p.m.) Laval, Québec · Start date: As soon as possibleABOUT THE ROLE
Located in the heart of Laval, the Sheraton is one of the region’s most recognized hotel destinations. As a Sales & Revenue Coordinator , you play a central role in the hotel’s commercial performance, with 40% of room revenue coming from group business.You act as the guardian of information, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and seamless coordination between the Sales, Front Desk, Banquets, and Accounting teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO40% – Inventory and group management 35% – Room block management 25% – Meetings, training, and administration
- Create Banquet and Accommodation groups in LightSpeed (LS)
- Build complete group files (BRs, emails, and all related communications)
- Prepare and update rooming lists and operational checklists
- Manage pick-up reports (90-day and 365-day) and verify reservations at 30 and 60 days
- Flag and code VIP guests; balance King/Queen room inventory
- Manage group cancellations and identify duplicates
- Ensure data consistency between OYIELD and LightSpeed
- Manage group room blocks for meetings with meeting space and OneStop blocks (legal contracts)
- Process accommodation requests: rooming lists, LS entries, and individual blocks
- Monitor room blocks and pick-up; manage cut-off dates
- Code VIPs, manage upgrades, and contractual complimentary rooms
- Manage no-shows in coordination with on-site clients
- Participate in weekly meetings and pre-convention meetings with teams and clients
- Train Front Desk staff on group management, systems, and procedures
- Ensure constant presence at the front desk office (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and answer extension 120
- Assign CI/TY opportunities to sales managers and prepare revenue reports
Key Skills
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, accuracy, autonomy, effective communication, versatility, stress management, and strong teamwork abilities
Experience and Education
- 1 to 3 years of experience in hotel coordination, sales, or administration
- DEC or AEC in Tourism or Hotel Management (an asset)
- Proficiency in LightSpeed, OYIELD, and ResLink (assets)
