We are currently seeking enthusiastic, experienced, and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team. You will play a key role in creating a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment for children. You will support their learning, development, and well-being while ensuring the highest standards of care at all times. Key Responsibilities Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children Support childrens emotional, social, and educational development Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement age-appropriate activities Maintain a high standard of hygiene, health, and safety Build positive relationships with children, parents, and team members Be flexible and responsive to the needs of the service Requirements Minimum Level 5 FETAC (QQI) qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (or equivalent) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A genuine passion for working with children A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Previous experience in a childcare setting is desirable What We Offer Competitive hourly rate (€15.00 €18.50 depending on experience and role) Supportive and friendly working environment Opportunities for professional development and career progression Bike to Work Scheme Employee Assistance Programme Company events and team-building activities On-site parking
