A leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Associate to join their growing Circular Economy & Environmental team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Civil or Environmental Engineering professional to take on a senior leadership role delivering complex landfill remediation, waste infrastructure and environmental engineering projects across Ireland. The successful candidate will have the option of working out of their Dublin or Cork office and will join a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team delivering projects from feasibility and planning stages through to detailed design, procurement and construction support. Projects: Landfill remediation and restoration projects (€1m - €5m) Landfill capping, leachate and gas infrastructure schemes (€5m - €15m) Waste management and circular economy infrastructure projects (€10m+) Civil infrastructure and site development works Public sector and Local Authority engineering frameworks Role: Leading multidisciplinary civil and environmental engineering projects Managing project delivery from concept through to construction stage Acting as Project Manager and primary client contact on key projects Overseeing technical design, procurement and contract administration Managing project budgets, programmes and commercial delivery Mentoring and supporting junior engineers and technical staff Supporting business development and client relationship management Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related discipline 10+ years experience within engineering consultancy or related sector Strong background in project management and project delivery Experience delivering landfill, remediation or waste infrastructure projects Experience working within multidisciplinary consultancy environments Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills Chartered Engineer status desirable Experience with public sector or Local Authority projects advantageous Salary & Benefits: €90,000 €100,000+ (DOE) + Benefits Hybrid and flexible working arrangements Strong CPD and professional development support Exposure to major environmental and infrastructure projects Long-term opportunity within a growing and well-established consultancy If youre an experienced Senior Civil or Environmental Engineering professional looking to progress your career within a leading consultancy environment, please reach out to Jade Murray at J.murr for a confidential discussion.
