Our client is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join their growing team based in Galway. Responsibilities Manage all warehouse operations from receiving and storage to picking, packing, and dispatch, while maintaining high facility standards. Plan daily schedules, organise layout efficiency, and ensure the prompt intake of domestic and international shipments. Lead the logistics team and supervisors, managing shift schedules, performance, training, and cross-department collaboration. Enforce workplace safety regulations through regular risk assessments, machinery checks, and staff safety briefings. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, location checks, and formal stock-takes. Coordinate with internal and external transport teams to ensure accurate loading, efficient routing, and quick delivery issue resolution. Create progress reports, and identify ways to lower costs and increase output. Requirements Experience managing teams in a warehouse environment. Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
