Tryfacta is seeking a CNA / Nurse Assistant LTC for our client in Vestal, NY 13850. This is a 16 week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Location: Vestal, NY 13850 Duration: 16 Weeks Shift: Night Shift 5x8s (10:45 PM 6:15 AM) (3*12 shift also available) Guaranteed hours: 40/36

• Assist patients with daily living activities (ADLs)
• Provide basic patient care and support
• Monitor and report patient condition changes
• Maintain patient hygiene and comfort
• Work closely with nurses and care teams
• Float between units as needed

• At least 6 months 1 year experience required
• Active New York CNA License (Required at submission no license hits)
• BLS Certification
• Experience in LTC / Rehab / SNF / Hospital / Med-Surg preferred
• First-time travelers accepted
• Must be able to work every other weekend
• Local candidates accepted
