Medication Aide Responsibilities:

• Administer medications safely and accurately according to state and facility guidelines
• Monitor and document residents' responses to medications
• Assist nursing staff with daily resident care and health monitoring
• Communicate resident needs and changes clearly with the team
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and daily living activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and privacy standards

Qualifications

• Current CMA certification
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication administration
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Schedule

• Full-time: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM
• Rotating schedule with every other weekend off
